All controllers are commanded by a microprocessor that ensures an uniform ageing of contactors and capacitors by using a circular connection sequence which takes into account the time that each capacitor has been switched on (FIFO system). Controllers can include a fully operational alarm relay that acts when the automatic capacitor bank cannot reach the required cos ö in case of high harmonic distortion level, over-current and over voltages. LED indicators show permanently capacitors steps that are connected.
